The ground floor includes a large open space living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The floor’s spacious living room, with adjoining terrace & a private infinity pool with hot tub offers unobstructed views towards the sea. On the other side the large covered balcony of this level will give you breathtaking views.

The lower & first floor include the bedrooms with unique furnishings and cozy atmosphere. The pool area is fully equipped with sun beds by the pool, where you can enjoy the sun and the amazing view.

The location is ideal for travellers who want to explore Chania region. You will find the nearest sandy beach of Loutraki at 170 m, while the picturesque beach of Marathi with lots of taverns and beach bars is only 1,3 klm away. The beautiful city of Chania for more interests, shopping and relaxing walks at the narrow alleys of the old town is only 17 km from the villa.
