Olea Villas, are an architectural delight. Airy rooms and large windows, flooded with light and with breathtaking panoramas. The large fixtures are frames hanging on the "Mediterranean blue". Olea villas is a luxury development of two spacious independent villas situated in a scenery full of olive trees. It is pleasant to be sat and relaxed, listen to some music, read a book or chilled white wine and look at the changing colours of the sea. A refreshing breeze arrives every day as a natural conditioner. The pastel interiors combine simple elegance and beautiful design with comfort and luxury. It is perfectly equipped and comfortable and if you don't want to cook or if you prefer to taste our fantastic cuisine, there is always the chance to look for a private cook for you. 

At the ground floor in a very cozy atmosphere, you will find a large open space living room, the dinning area and the kitchen. The large covered balcony of this level will give you breathtaking views, while on the other side the living room is connected to a large open terrace next to the private infinity swimming pool. At the lower & first floor you have the very well designed bedrooms, ready to “offer” you unforgettable moments of relaxation. The marvelous exterior has a private garden, surrounding the villa and the swimming pool with hot tub and sun beds for enjoying the sun. The perfect balance between the environment and the architecture offers you the perfect time, every time.

LOCATION

You can have the chance to explore the beauties of Chania region or further. At no more than 170 meters you can relax by the sandy beach of Loutraki with a variety of beach bars and taverns. Alternatively there is Marathi beach at a close distance of 1,3 km with more taverns & beach bars. Within a 2,9 km distance, you can find a minimarket, bakery &pharmcy. You can get many other restaurants and bars simply driving to Chania at 17km. The location makes our villa a perfect choice both to travel around Chania region or to relax and enjoy the beauty of many further beaches to get in few Kilometers.
