OLEANDER
Villa Oleander is one of the most generous holiday rentals in Crete. Generous spaces, generous amenities, generous materials, generous decorations. Yet, at the same time, nothing is out of place, nothing could be missing.
The villa has a living space of 500 sq. m. divided into two floors. Each floor is an independent unit, featuring their own living and dining areas, bathrooms, bedrooms and balconies / terraces. In total, there are 3 living areas, 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 16 persons (14 adults & 2 children).
There is direct access either to the garden areas or to the beautiful terraces from all the rooms and living areas. There are plenty of balconies and terraces all around
Outdoors, it is a true summer: the open-air setting features a sizeable swimming pool with salt water systems next to a BBQ and dining area shaded by a pergola. All around, there are gardens full of native trees and plants.
Important Notice: Additional daily surcharge per extra child is 40,00 Euros-non commissionable rate (it can accommodate 2 additional children in rollaway beds).

LOCATION
Villa Oleander is located in Agios Onoufrios Village on Akrotiri Peninsula, only 20 minutes from the Chania City, the second largest city in Crete, certainly the most cosmopolitan one and one of the best preserved existing Venetian settlements. The beach of Agios Onoufrios is sandy and well organized. It is located just 10 minutes (850 m) from the residence on foot. In the village of Kounoupidiana (1,5 km / 3 minutes by car), the closest village from Villa Oleander, you will find pretty much everything, tavernas, bakeries, grocery stores, a pharmacy, a beauty center, petrol stations, a bank etc. The most popular beaches in the area are Kalathas, Stavros and Marathi. None of them is more than 15 minutes away (by car). What’s more, the Airport of Chania is only 8 km away (15 minutes driving distance).
