Brand new villa in Chersonissos in front of an organized sandy beach! Villa 'Hersonissos' is a luxury seafront holiday house only a few meters away from supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The villa is surrounded by a large grass garden with flowers and palm trees in a 1800 sq. m. of private property. Moreover it has a large swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas.

Outside there is a BBQ area with lounge furniture, a kitchenette and a small WC.   While entering the 205 sq. m. house you find a living room with sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, stereo, internet and air conditioning. The decoration is minimal with earthly colored furniture and white curtains. While seated in the living room you can gaze at the sea horizon from the large window doors. The dining area  has a large table next to a fireplace for romantic dinners. The main kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with all modern comforts. Hersonissos villa can accommodate up to 10 people in its 5 cozy bedrooms. One double bedroom is on the ground floor with an ensuite luxurious bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two master bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all of them having a wardrobe, air conditioning, TV, doors offering balcony access overlooking the sea and en suite bathrooms, with the bigger master bedroom having a luxurious ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The terrace with sitting furniture on the first floor offers stunning views of the sea and the surrounding areas. From the ground floor there is an external staircase leading to a 35 sq. m studio with a double bedroom, en suite bathroom with shower, a small kitchen and lounge. In case of hiring staff, this area can host them almost separate from your group.
The villa has a private parking space for up to 4 cars.

Important Notice: Heating pool costs 80 euro/day.
